Ok. Odeon was the record label that mostly had the rights to The Beatles music internationally outside of the UK and North America. so, Odeon had Central and South America. The Guatemalan EMI affiliate: DIDECA was the distributor and possible the manufacturer.
The Apple label replaced Odeon in around 1971 but by 1976, after APPLE all but shut down, the Beatles stuff reverted to the Odeon/DIDECA label. REEL MUSIC came out in '82 so Odeon still was The Beatles label in Central America.
