I hate to say this but we should have a R I P Board. They are dropping like flies. It's only going to get worse Rocky. I can always set one up if we get a few more in agreement.

Although this may not be anyone's type of music on here, as a lover of women in rock I knew of Maria and just found out that she had died. A very touching moment for me. And I think I will honor her with one of the few studio videos that I ever seen of her. She will be very missed in my heart.....Maria Kolokouri R I P

That would be interesting. What would be the start date? Since 1970 when they started dying off, or 1980, when they were still sort of too young or maybe '90's or '00's when so-called natural causes started to move in? Like Joe Strummer, heart attack at 50. George Harrison, cancer at 58, Richard Wright, cancer at 65??? The entire Jimi Hendrix Experience is extinct and I guess the whole original Ramones are gone.

I think it would be nice for the poster to start with someone that they admired that has died, no matter what date they passed away on. Then people could post their own thoughts about that musician and what they meant to them. Something like I just did with Maria. The only criteria is that they were a musician or someone dealing with the music industry or we might start getting friends down the street that were in a group with them that passed away on there. But I guess there wouldn't be anything wrong with that either if someone just wanted to share what the person meant to him/her. Also when someone recently died they could be instantly put on there by someone so they weren't hidden in other threads like Jack Bruce was. Just a thought and my own opinions.

Yes Yes I know I`ve just watched Guardians Of The Galaxy . But it`s been in my head all day .
Ottaway ! and Wild Willy
Antidote bit (Boring ) Saw Ottaway erm a long time ago ... 90`s I think At the Witchwood . A legendary Rock venue in Tameside ! Anyway . At the end of his stint instead of going off back stage he just jumped off stage and stood at the side of me just looking at an empty stage . Quality

Bush, now Fanny! What next Mr Kite??? I like it though. The introduction is better than Creams version. Will give Hey Bulldog a listen now. Anyway, I'll see you next Tuesday!
