The band Beady Eye (a spin-off from the Brit-Rock band Oasis) are very similar in stylings to The Beatles. Here is one of their songs from their Debut album Different Gear, Still Speeding: Band members like Andy Bell and Gem Archer are still into writing raunchy hard rockin songs, But lead singer Noel Gallagher is all about pure rock n' roll songs like, Millionare, The Roller, The World Outside My Room, and The Beat Goes On. Download the whole album free here: www.mediafire.com/?hoxi3truc766nnyWith their musical experience and style, maybe they could be the new Beatles we've been waiting for.

Liam Gallagher is the lead singer but that's beside the point. Beady Eye are a half decent kick-ass rock 'n' roll band. To compare Liam Gallagher vocally to John, Paul or George and Beady Eye as a band to The Beatles is a joke! If it wasn't for Oasis no one would have heard the name Beady Eye. Get a grip man!

Yeah yeah, the new Beatles. I have heard that a zillion times before. This is a nice song, but it is nothing special. If this is going to be the new Beatles (if there are ever coming new Beatles at all), I'm going to be the new Frank Sinatra. lol It's about time mr Gallagher stops leaning on The Beatles and start to be creative again.

It always amazed me that very few people picked up on the fact that Liam Gallagher's first songwriting effort released as an Oasis single - "Songbird" is almost identical to John Lennon's "Oh Yoko" from Imagine.

think there'd have been more reaction if a member of oasis made a song that DIDN'T sound like a beatles/solo song

My turn .
The term "New Beatles " is like saying "Oh yeh we`ve found a new Earth " It is never going to happen . Ever .
As for Oasis . There first album was a good album and was released at good time when the kids had started listen to guitar bands and Indie became mainstream for a bit
So as in all not that really talented bands , Oasis just stuck to the same old formular up until the break up
Then that pillock (no need to name him ) gets himself a band and totally rips off Instant Karma .
I think that boy as embarassed Manchester enough .
If you want to hear a better album just download yourself Stone Roses - Stone Roses . A proper Manc band
I.M.O.
