I just finished watching a Larry King Live show on US CNN featuring Paul & Ringo, and at the end with Yoko and Olivia Harrison. They were guests along with the founder of Cirque de Soliel and mostly talked about the Vegas show "Love". Only things I learned from it was Yoko telling Olivia that John wanted "Something" released as a single, as he loved it (there was a short segment with just the 2 widows). The other thing of note was Ringo saying he thought Paul was the most melodic bass player he'd ever heard. Anyone else see the show?

It must have been a rebroadcast of an interview aired months ago. All I remember about it was how essentially inane King's line of questioning was and how Paul at one point gave me the impression of being a bit fed up. Or maybe it was me who was fed up and I transferred that to Paul. Tim Russert King ain't

Yeah, it was originally broadcasted in October I think. The Beatles saved the show as Larry King was quite horrible. I thought that Yoko did another attempt to put John in a better light by saying that he wanted Something to be a single.

Yoko always seems to have to come out with some 'fact' that nobody knew. It was obviously a surprise to everyone at the time.
And Larry King was dreadful as usual.

Larry King is one of the most boring talk show host in the history of TV. It was great seeing Paul & Ringo together, but it's not a Beatles reunion.

If anyone's interested, the whole thing is on Youtube. This is part one, and links to the rest are on the menu.
