Anything special in Feb/March? Yeah, I'll be there The forecast is also for a sprinkling of sprucy and maybe a dollop of daveandmike. Are you going to bring a cold front up from down south young Al?

If by "cold front" you're referring to Johnny BC, I'll try and twist his arm! LOL

If by "cold front" you're referring to Johnny BC, I'll try and twist his arm! LOL Well, that's not quite what I meant... in fact I'm not sure what I meant by that comment! But it would be good to see your other 'arf Johnny BC/SC up here once more. As far as I know there are no Beatle-related special events planned for Feb/Mar, however, as you know, there is no such thing as a quiet time in Liverpool This, could be a good thing, as for several years now I've wanted to take you to Seaforth to show you the side of a house, professionally painted with Beatles artwork! It may not sound like much, but it's a great photo opportunity. From here we could visit The Lathom, noted as being the very first officially advertised gig for 'The Silver Beats' on 21st May 1960, however they never played it! From There we could go to the former Litherland Town Hall (now South Sefton NHS Trust) - the birthplace of Beatlemania. And who knows, we may even have time to visit 100 naked iron men on Crosby Beach - artwork by Antony Gormley. If there is anyone else interested in exploring the above sites with us and having a few beers en route - please add to this thread and let us know - ta .

Depending on time and work commitments I am definitely interested. I must admit that I have not yet seen the Iron Men on Crosby Beach ... and, as you know, I live here! Shame on me!

I have not yet seen the Iron Men on Crosby Beach Yes Wilf, shame on you! Crosby is a mere 20 min train ride outside of the city centre, so make the effort sometime and I'll let you buy me beer or two in one of several pubs I go to
