For those in the UK if you go to channel 601 (also known as BBC red button) you get a piece on 80's music with an interview from Haircut 100 frontman Nick Heywood. Interesting piece especially when he mentions that he essentially had a mental collapse at 21 while in the group. He also mentions the same problem hit XTC frontman Andy Partridge. With the recent demises amongst male singers I am finding this pattern disturbing.

If you have a skybox pothos, at 9pm tonight on one of the free channels 369 which is the Vintage TV music channel, there is a recent concert by Nick Heyward at the Water Rats with selections from his songbook with Haircut 100 and as a soloist, including a preview of his Woodland Echoes album.
