In that last clip I would have never guessed that was "Give Ireland back..." I thought they were just jammin' around. It must have been really odd for Paul to be playing with a bunch of other guys than his three friends of so many years. He must have had to wrap his head around that while playing.
Were those animators the same who worked on Tiswas and Dangermouse. The style looks familiar. Also post the Beatles break up who do you think ended up with the best band in those early years.
Yeah, as far as bands go, probably Wings.
As for Lennon with Clapton, Voorman, and White, 2 things:
1. I think Lennon may have associated them with his having had stage fright and throwing up backstage before the show began. That could possibly have made him hesitant to play with those guys again. 2. Ever hear side 2 of that album? You forgot Yoko and her screaming accompanied by atonal guitar feedback. IIRC John was still playing his Casino. Those things can really feed back.
Just found this on youtube, titled "The Bruce Mcmouse Show " with a concert footage. Only just started watching but the first part is from Holland. Excuse me if this is already up here and you've seen it.
Fiendish Thingy: Thanks Bobber. I'm good thanks. Quiet on here for the last few months. I see Al has gone all 'Facebook' and is attracting new members. No bad thing. Are you going to the annual Beatleweek in Liverpool this year? Not long now 10 weeks or so. See you there?

Bobber: Not sure. It's an expensive trip for me plus I'm starting a new job around that time.

Amadeus: Hey all. Not been frequenting here very much lately. Between burying people, helping sick people and feeling crap myself, Me and Mrs. A. have been weighed under. Hoping to get a bit more out of that rut so I can focus back on the fun things I used to focus
