I went to see this band 3 times in the 90's and was even guest-listed for one of their after-show parties!
They only made two albums, the first being the best in my opinion. Andy Sturmer and Roger Manning later went on to work with Ringo Starr and even appeared in his Weight Of The World video.
Jellyfish - "She Still Loves Him" from the Bellybutton album.

Wonderful band and terribly overlooked here in The Netherlands. Bellybutton got some airplay back then and That Is Why and The King Is Half Undressed were minor hits.

Exactly the same story here Cor! They seemed on the brink of greatness but didn't quite break through. And I don't suppose their ever-changing line-up helped. It's also worth checking out Jason Falkner - he was on the Bellybutton album but not Spilt Milk - he has released a couple of really good albums... and even an album of Beatles lullabys!!
