Hello bluemeaniepaul 74 . You are very welcome on this forum . I would like to chat about all things Beatle . I will ask a few questions , as I do to newbies to see where you are at . I do this a lot but , I never get much of a reply . I just think it a bit strange that some people just join Forums so they can put something on Fartbook like . "Ive just joined a Forum LOL ! Anyway . Where are you from ? (which part) Do you have any other likes apart from the 4 Mop Tops .? Do you think all the rain we`ve had in the U.K. is down to the Ice caps and greedy corperate types and not enough recycling going on in the in Tour De France ? (Dont worry about that last question , I just get a bit carried away ) (Y`know like when you see an old person in the street , and you help them with the shopping and before you know it , they start telling there life story , and how much bread has gone up .) (Kinda thinking this has got to be the longest reply to a newbie ever .) (maybe) (maybe not, I do recall once going on a bit longer than I should have on one post .) See you around bluemeaniepaul 74 . (I hope)

Hello Mr Kite, Thanks for the reply and kind welcome.
I think that in this modern age a lot of people don't have the time to stop and chat anymore, everyone's got somewhere to be and they should've been there 10 minutes ago, perhaps this is one of the reasons you don't get much of a reply to your flurry of questions???... folks just can't spare the time! Anyway I've got to go now, bye!...
I'm originally from Liverpool which if you're a Beatle fan is always nice, being from there they just seem to be sewn into your unconscious from an early age and become part of you for the rest of your life, It's something, I'm sure you know yourself, you can't explain and really don't need to either!
As well as the Beatles I like most other music except for alot of the dance/bang bang bang stuff and at the moment I can't stop listening to The Shins latest album 'Port of Morrow' but that's due in part to my music centre being stuck in repeat mode...
As regards to the weather, I can't really say for sure who's responsible for the downpour of rain and lack of sunshine but if I had to pick someone it would probably be David Cameron and the conservatives (sounds like a shitty 50s jazz band) as they seem to be behind everything else thats crappy about the country at the moment...
Anyway, It's me who's gotten carried away a wee bit this time telling you about my life story however I'll draw the line at telling you that bread has gone up, although they do say that bread will always rise unless you've used the wrong ingredients!!!
Nice to talk to you, best wishes
Bluemeaniepaul

Hi there MrMustard, thanks for the welcome, very kind.
In answer to your question...I'm not in a Beatles tribute band with my brother, indeed I don't even have a brother. I assume you were alluding to the Blue meanies who play at the cavern? I've seen them play a couple of times and thought they were very good!

It's almost certainly down to some contorted conspiracy theory that originally eminated somewhere in the top left of England. Or maybe it's just down to the weather?

Hi Al, thanks for the welcome, very kind of you!
Seems funny you were about to ask the same question about the Blue meanies, great minds think alike and all that. I don't live in Liverpool, home of the Beatles anymore, I'm just down the road in St Helens, home of Bernie Clifton... but it's only 20 mins away...
I'm not sure about Beatle week this year Al, I'm working over the bank holiday weekend but will probably get over on the Monday, looking forward to it!!!
