First, let me explain what I am trying to do... I have a small room in my basement that I have redone to be my "man cave"... a desk, a computer, some chairs and a table, .... and Beatles stuff One one wall I am wanting muralsyourway.com to print me a mural of this photo: Naturally, a company can't print something of a famous person like this and make money off of it without permission from the copyright holder. They told me I must obtain written permission from the owner of that image before they can print my mural. So 5 months of planning and dreaming and I am being forced (understandable) to becoming a copyright attorney who much know how to obtain all this... So I come to the experts... first; can anyone tell me who owns the rights tot hat image and ho I might contact them and second; what are my chances of them saying "Yes, you can use that image"? Thanks in advance all! Jay PS ... this image does NOT belong to the Robert Whitaker collection but MAY be from Dezo Hoffman.... which I am unable to get any contact information from. He is dead but sometimes the estate can be contacted. PPS... nevermind, I found out who owns that image... Bruce A Karsh.

Yep, I was going to say that I think the photo is privately owned because I remember reading that it had been leased to Apple/EA Games for use in Beatles Rock Band. Hope you get the license - please post a pic of the finished mural once it's up on the wall of your man-cave!
