This short film about Kara by the Sony Computor Corp. is a close resemblance to Sara in the Ex Machine.

Enjoyed Ex Machina . If Sara looked like a Vending machine I guess the story would`nt have worked Could they be a sequel ?
Interesting how Kara again as in Ex Machina use`s an attractive female to use human sexual impulse and immediately have affection for her even though it`s just a Machine . Also Kara even shows her modesty by covering herself when she is naked If in the future we have Kara`s in our world and they decide that they want to take over the world , we are going to be buggered .
Another great Sci Fi film in the same Ex Machina vain Automata

Thanks for the heads up on 'Automata' Mr.K. Just finished watching it. Was ok, not as good as 'Ex Machina' though. I really enjoyed 'Ex Machina'.

There are some great sci-fi artists out there at the moment doing some great work but I seem to keep stumbling across the artwork of Hajime Sorayama. You've probably seen his stuff on Album covers or movie posters over the years, in fact the first time I saw some of his work was when I bought Aerosmiths 'Just Push Play' Album... As you can gather he generally paints sexy androids (amongst other things, wink wink!) and has worked on movie posters for a couple of sci-fi films aswell as a book of fantasy Star wars characters commissioned by George Lucas. Attachment DeletedDoes anybody else have a favourite Sci-fi artist or even a favourite sci-fi movie poster or artwork?

I don't own any of Bjork's music but whenever I hear her stuff I'm always impressed. I really enjoyed that song and the video was quite interesting too, Lesbian robots?!(good name for a band that)

There's a version of 'Tomorrow Never Knows' on the 'Sucker Punch' soundtrack unless I'm very much mistaken,
and here it is...

Oh yes BMP74 that is another great tune from the film . Maybe not one of Zack Snyder`s finest films but it is a least one of own babies The film has some fantastic visual effects and it`s a leave your brain at home and get the popcorn out and go along with the ride .
Any Snyder fans on here ?
His Filmography is one hell of a list From his first major outing is prob the best remake out there with Dawn Of The Dead The two 300`s and of course his mind blowin Watchmen And of course his has the reins for the new Batman v`s Superman That will be an interesting one I think will make or brake him , if he pulls it off he will be on the top shelf of Hollywood directors
Of course he has made the best Superman film to date for me Man Of Steel .

Yeah I agree Mr K, he's a great director, and of all the films you just mentioned I have to reserve a special mention for 'Watchmen', that's a fantastic movie.

Yes I think it should be interesting as we get to see a new Marvel hero Evangeline Lilly plays Wasp , so I guess that makes her a Sci Fi Siren !. (Not forgetting Lost ) Any Lost fans out there ?

Any Lost fans out there ? There must have been something else on when that was on because I remember it being advertised, but I never seen it! lol But these two would have been my choices. Maggie Grace as Shannon Rutherford and Emilie de Ravin as Claire Littleton *btw doesn't that guy in the Ant-Man suit on the UTube pic look a little bit like Duchovny? ha-ha

I watched this Movie, 'The Giver', earlier today and was quite impressed. It's about a community in the future existing without feelings and emotions, brought about by law to save its population from pain and sadness. It's a thought provoking movie and stars Jeff Bridges and Meryl Streep.
