Hello there,
I need to recreate Ringo's playing note for note on Twist and Shout and wondered if anybody knew of anywhere I can find a transcription of his playing online?
I know you can buy the Beatles Complete book, which has transcriptions of everything (and is £50!), but was wondering if anyone knows if they're available anywhere seperately, or even just the drum score on it's own.
It's for a pretty big gig and I wanna get it right!
Thanks in advance,
Future Ringo

Best way it to use your eyes and ears! Listen to the record and watch footage of them doing it. Don't rely on sheet music, as it's transcribed automatically from the record - not by Ringo himself.

I agree with Revolverdundee without question. Most transciption is never correct whether its guitar, bass, piano or any other instrument - it's just one persons interpretation. However if this is the only way you think you can learn it here are 4 drum tabs. www.911tabs.com/tabs/t/the_beatles/drum_tabs/twist_and_shout_drum_tab.htmI have no idea how accurate these are as I don't play drums but my advice would be to stick with your ears on learning this.
