Hi and welcome to the forum.
I could do with a bit more info to be able to give you more of an informed opinion. A set list would be really helpful. However, in general, if you are a rhythm guitarist then go for the tokai. If you are a lead guitarist then go for the gretsch. Go for the AC30's in terms of amps. The fender is probably the better amp but if you are after an authentic Beatles sound for this era then it's the AC30.
Hope this is helpful. Let me know if you need more info.

I think you should go with the tokai with the vox ac30. What guitar and amp is the lead guitarist using?

The rickenbacker was the guitar sound that inspired Roger McGuinn to form The Byrds.

The rickenbacker was the guitar sound that inspired Roger McGuinn to form The Byrds. Specifically George's Rickenbacker sound on the Hard Days Night album. McGuinn cites Harrison as a major, major influence.

Stick the bass at 4 and the treble at 8 with a tiny bit of reverb!
Then fiddle about.
