You've got a 1969 re-pressing of the LP, which applied to all Beatles Parlophone output. These pressings continued throughout the 70's, then in the 80's a number of re-pressings for mono versions of the albums were issued with the yellow and black labels, on lightweight vinyl.
Can't give you an up todate price on your copy of Help!, but in 2004, your stereo copy would have fetched £18.00, mint value, the mono version £25.00.
