It had a limited release this past weekend (NY and LA). And it came out a while ago in UK. Just curious to get some people's thoughts on the film. I saw it this past weekend and loved it. Thought Aaron Johnson did an excellent job as John Lennon.
If you haven't heard of the film, I highly recommend checking it out:

Yeah i enjoyed it. In fact Sam, who plays George Harrison in the film was at MSF and saw us perform the Revolver album, then came over and chatted afterwards.

The film shows John riding on the roof of a double decker bus do you think John at sometime may have talked about riding on top (Meaning upstairs) and the writer took it literately or did he really ride on the roof? seems very dangerous doesn't it?

Think the Ray Coleman John Lennon book or was it Peter Brown's The Love You Make quotes Pete Shotton or someone similar about John and his mates doing that a lot. They stopped when they heard another boy had serious/fatal accident doing it.
Can't remember which book it was, read it 10-15yrs ago.

John must have hung on to the air vents I suppose ! I was disappointed when I saw the Liverpool buses not being green any more when I did a day trip last year Can't expect things to stay the same I suppose. Kind Regards

I ordered it off of Amazon a few months back; I absolutely loved it! I was also very impressed with Aaron Johnson's job at portraying John Lennon!

I watched it a couple of weeks ago and I thought it was very good. Also, I think Aaron Johnson did a great job as John Lennon. I loved every minute of it.
