It's wonderful to be here, it's certainly a thrill - Hi Beatle people. Just to let you all know I'm a longtime Beatlemaniac and currently an author of rock 'n' roll related titles, including a biography of Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page, Magus, Musician, Man. My current work is titled Out of Our Heads: Rock 'n' Roll Before the Drugs Wore Off, a cultural history of the rock and drug culture of the 1960s and 70s. Ground Zero here, of course, was the Delmonico Hotel on August 28, 1964, when Bob Dylan introduced the Fabs to cannabis. Pop music and the world have never been the same since! www.halleonard.com/product/viewproduct.do?itemid=332754&lid=0&lid=0&subsiteid=1&keywords=drugs&subsiteid=1&Out of Our Heads is available now. Hope some of you can get a chance to Get High with a little help from your friends; feel free to post comments or critiques too. Thank you John, Paul, George, and Ringo. Attachments:

The famous Abbey Road crosswalk in the legendary picture of The Beatles is currently preserved as a national landmark in Britain. The photo of The Beatles crossing the street on the front cover of their last album, “Abbey Road,” is an iconic image. The landmark being preserved is not too surprising, in some ways. It's the 1st crosswalk ever chosen to be historically significant in Britain.
