Oh yeah, I'm really afraid. What if I've just spent the last 45 years thinking that they just wrote pop songs.

The final indication of the nature of this song lies in the subliminal background voice throughout the song and especially in the second half (She’s So Heavy) . Buried in the background music repeated over and over is the phrasing: “come” - 03:39 “come together!” - 04:32 “come” - 04:48 “cooooom” - 04:55“ “cooooom”- (05:20) “right now!”- (05:36) “right now!”- 05:45 “right now” - 05:48 “come together now”! - 05:58 “right now!” - 06:00 “come together now!” - 06:36 “right now!” 06:32 “right now” 07:00 “right now! - 07:02 “right now” - 07:04 “right now!” 07:15 “right now!” - 07:28 Can anyone else hear this?

I did hear somebody scream ´I Want You´ in the background of Come Together. And ´Fuck Maxwell´ somewhere in the count-in of Taxman. But that's another story.

I don't understand the 'Fuck Maxwell' one but I'm interested in the 'I Want You' on Come Together. Can you give the count position in the song that you hear this?

You mean you never heard that? I will have a listen to point out the exact position. About the Maxwell Saga: it is a well known fact that Maxwell already entered the scene during the recording of Revolver and I think it is John who clearly shouts out 'Fuck Maxwell' while George is doing the count in on Taxman. Especially to be heard on mono versions. Imagine that they were really fed up with Paul's song by the time it was recorded at last.

I'm not doubting you about the "Maxwell" thing, but I'm more interested in the "I Want You" in "Come Together". I might want to include it in my e-book, it fits with my premise. I'll listen for it. Thanks for the tip.

Beatle "fans" and "Beatlemaniacs" and Beatle "trivia experts" have spread tons of nonsense and missinformation about the Beatles. It's at the point where no one knows what's true anymore. I felt it was time to set the record straight. Spring for the five bucks, read my book and tell me what you think. if nothing else you will have a lot of fun denying the facts.

Tell ya what Carman...here's a tinfoil hat...There are directions to 60-If/TKIN! on the back. Use it wisely, they could do with a nice big refreshing tray of Kool-Aid.

I guess this is a comedy thread. Why is it so hard to get "Beatle Fans" to think seriously about the Beatles? It's no wonder why John and George hated being Beatles.

John hated so called fans who were looking for clues everywhere. The fact that you were seriously considering my clues about Fucking Maxwell and the I Want You shouting in Come Together says enough for me. I wished you good luck with your book. Let's leave it there.

No, John hated fans who were not seeing what he was really trying to say. The ones who read into all the nonsense lyrics he put into his songs to get people to look and think. He found out that they have trouble with the thinking part.

Bye the way, I point out the subliminal messages because they show that the Beatles were up to something. They were not just having fun and playing with us. The messages support what I'm saying but are not the focus or premise of my book. Beatlemaniacs remind me of bible fanatics who know every word of the bible but never seem to get the important message, which can probably be summed up in a sentence. They'll waste time trying to fiqure out the stuff that's obviously meaningless like "goo goo gajoob" or whatever that BS gobalygook phrase was, but refuse to see that that the Beatles were making a serious attempt to change the mess the world was (and still is) in. No wonder John needed a five year break from the frustration of trying to communicate with so many mindless people. The wonderful thing is we still have their music and it's time to see what they were really saying.
