What did the Beatles played in that time? Covers songs or they played some of their own?

Mostly covers. Some early stuff of their own, but nothing much. The list in the back of Mark Lewisohn's Chronology gives a pretty good idea from their playlist from year to year.

There are a few recordings from the Cavern: Catswalk (2 versions), I Saw Her Standing There, One After 909 (2 versions) which were recorded at an afternoon rehearsal in October 1962.
Plus of course the Granada TV recordings - there is some confusion about these as there was a filmed performance and a seperate audio-only recording.
On 22 August 1962 they were filmed performing at the Cavern, it is known that two versions of Some Other Guy were recorded and possibly Kansas City.
Then on 5 September 1962 audio only recordings were made at The Cavern of Some Other Guy and Kansas City for a possible overdub of the original soundtrack recorded the month before - these survive as acetates.
