Not really one for the Ask The Experts forum, but anyway. I fail to see any difference, from the description. Sounds just like the one I have - the un-deluxe version.
Oh, they've changed the colour of the cover!

You can get good descriptions of most products on Amazon.com, along with generally informative comments that list the differences between sets and whether (in the reviewer's opinion) the difference is worth the price.

These can be quite flawed. I've seen the same description page used on Amazon for a box set, and a regular issue. Plus you're relying on an unknown member of the public to give you an accurate description? I wouldn't.

The original deluxe boxset was issued as a numbered limited edition in a linen-finished box - it appears that this new deluxe set come in a plain-finish box but I'm not sure whether it too is a limited edition.

The original deluxe boxset was issued as a numbered limited edition in a linen-finished box - it appears that this new deluxe set come in a plain-finish box but I'm not sure whether it too is a limited edition. I ordered the "new" deluxe set and it indeed comes in a linen-finished box that reads "Second Edition" with a serial number on the spine. Inside is a uniquely numbered "Certificate of Authority". I suppose that counts as a numbered limited edition, but I don't know how "limited" it might be. The "new" deluxe set includes everything listed on Amazon, which is why I referred you back there rather than repeat it. In this case, the description is good. I ordered the set primarily to get the booklet, but it is so small (CD-case sized) that it's a little hard to read. Unless you want some pretty pictures, you should be perfectly happy with the 2-CD/1-DVD set. Hope this helps.
