I absolutely love any documentaries presented by Neil Brand and this one is no exception. Neil Brands passion and knowledge shines through. On previous music programmes he's waxed lyrical on the Beatles. Well worth tuning in , This part focuses on the 20s and 30s, i found myself welling up when he discussed Snow White , what an amazing and utterly charming film. I remember people telling Disney that no-one would watch a full length cartoon , but they realised they had a hit on a test screening when he saw grown men crying in the cinema. www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m0001jgs/the-sound-of-movie-musicals-with-neil-brand-episode-1

I really enjoyed it. I think what is fascinating. Is that they are covering the musical globally. Interesting to say the least.
