This excellent documentary was on Sky Arts last night at 9pm clashing with the BBC 4 Summer of love documentary. I'd seen this Tower records documentary before, it's a must for anyone who loves music and shopping in record shops, remember them? I've also recorded the Pink Floyd early years programme that followed The Summer of love one. www.sky.com/new-search/all-things-must-pass-the-rise-and-fall-of-tower-records-dacf?q=ALL%20THINGS%20MUST%20PASSBy the way, it's compulsory viewing .https://www.sky.com/new-search/all-things-must-pass-the-rise-and-fall-of-tower-records-dacf?q=ALL%20THINGS%20MUST%20PASS

Absolutely brilliant ! It`s really good to know that Tower Records was`nt run by the man Yes it was run by great people. It obviously was a joy for people to work in, real music people behind the counter which you still get in independent shops and Fopp. With the return to customers buying up vinyl again , Sister Ray, The Independent record shop is opening (or converting ) their shop in Shoreditch to sell vinyl only. Yesterday i played Talk Talk Colour of Spring on vinyl , amazing album, superb production.
