I was amused at how Pauls hair kept growing and shortening in the first clip. What years were the first two gig clips from? Also notice he had a lit cig in the fret of the bass in the last one.

In that last clip I would have never guessed that was "Give Ireland back..." I thought they were just jammin' around. It must have been really odd for Paul to be playing with a bunch of other guys than his three friends of so many years. He must have had to wrap his head around that while playing.

Were those animators the same who worked on Tiswas and Dangermouse. The style looks familiar. Also post the Beatles break up who do you think ended up with the best band in those early years.

Good questions Pothos It sure looks like Danger mouse for sure , but I don`t know ! I have to go with Paul and Wings Lennon could have had the best if he stuck with Clapton Voorman , White , but that was never going to happen As for Macca As much I do like the early Wings albums you cant beat the Venus And Mars to Wings Over America line up Paul , Linda , Denny , Joe English and the super talented Jimmy McCulloch , hell of a line up and if you watch Wings Over America film , it`s a no brainer Bruce McMouse is coming to the Cinema for one night only at selected showings www.axs.com/never-before-seen-paul-mccartney-film-bruce-mcmouse-show-heading-to-th-135995

Yeah, as far as bands go, probably Wings. As for Lennon with Clapton, Voorman, and White, 2 things: 1. I think Lennon may have associated them with his having had stage fright and throwing up backstage before the show began. That could possibly have made him hesitant to play with those guys again. 2. Ever hear side 2 of that album? You forgot Yoko and her screaming accompanied by atonal guitar feedback. IIRC John was still playing his Casino. Those things can really feed back.

I enjoyed that Wings interview. Love the comments to Geraldo (calling him Tony Orlando made me laugh). Also intersting to hear Paul doing the Brum accent. Interesting that the Beatles reunion were always in interviews, and Linda came over well.
The Fonz impression made me laugh; and what a tach.

Paul McCartney and Wing's in Liverpool 1979 .
Brilliant news report that shows Mathew St. how it was back then and how I remembered it back in the day . I started going to Liverpool on my pilgrimages 😄

Interesting to see Erics. Just amaizing to think tht two generations of music emerged from that tiny space. Nice to see Paul with the family as well.

Paul seems nervous in that interview for some reason. 10 years after the Beatles at The Abbey Road Rooftop. John was still living.
