I have never liked her as a singer or a person. But very sad news, rest in peace.

I did not know she was ill. 'Natural Causes' is what the media are saying.

In this video it doesn't show it, but at the end John leans over to Cilla and whispers "nice knickers". lol

Came across this yesterday. It's our Cilla performing her rendition of McCartney's 'Junk', which I never knew she'd covered.

I was down Mathew Street earlier today, and already there are lots of floral tributes and messages in memory of Cilla:

I don't remember hearing any of her songs on the radio, but I did see her on Ed Sullivan. Sorry she didn't get to fourscore or more.
Who was the band on the left in the top picture? I recognized the Searchers on the right (and of course the Beatles in the middle and back).

Okay, thanks, ac30.
Dumb question: Are those real people, or are those wax likenesses? Judging by the poses, they look like very good and accurate wax likenesses.

Great coverage of Cilla's funeral live on TV news. Thousands lined the streets for her. Cliff gave a very nice eulogy.
