Hi all,
I manage and play in a top Beatles tribute - UK based - and am in the process of having the website re done.
We gig all over the UK and sometimes abroad. Here's the most recent gig:
We're looking for people to get involved, primarily a roadie who LOVES The Beatles (and thats why I'm here!) and maybe one or two new members to add to the 'squad system' (me and the Lennon do 99% of the gigs and I mix and match the others from a pool of top guys whenever they're available inc the Let It Be show fella's and Nick Bold who tours internationally most of the time).
We currently gig around 25 - 30 times a year but that'll change next year and we hope to be playing a lot more.
PM me if anyone's interested!
Si

Nice to see a "lefty Paul". Your band sounds really good qunvat.
Not sure what you meant by the Let It Be fella's, but I've had an idea for a tribute band for years.
Since I've seen so many beatle bands, I've always wished a "Let It Be Come Back Tour" band would just dress like the Abbey Road/Let It Be era of the Beatles only, and do the old songs too but without the Beatlemania or Pepper era costumes. I think it would be original, as all the other stuff has been done over and over.
Just my 2cents worth!

Thank all,
The Let It Be Show is a West End hit show in London.
We've not played Beatle week though some of my 'Beatles' have.....we'd be up for it but it's difficult as most of us are self employed and there's no money in it. Difficult to keep a weekend free from potential payers and then fork out ££££'s for a hotel and fuel and we live all over the UK so its fuel or trains x 2 or 3 at least.
We've put feelers out to play the Cavern though (I played there with The Blue Meanies on NYE a while back - they're now the Cavern club Beatles).
Roadie-ing is GOOD for ya knees!....would need to be East Sussex or s Wales based too....
Also look forward to chatting with fellow Beatles if there's any here who're interested!
Thanks again Si

Also is there a way of getting email notifications when someone replies as I cant see one.
Ta again, Si

Ta again, Si I can`t see Macca coming on here he`s a busy man . Ringo ? Maybe , I don`t know I guess he`s looking for some old Postcards to make a few bob ... Hey Si ! Not much chance of us being Roadies as we are getting on a bit with exceptions of the ladies and BMP74 . This Forum really caters for people that want to chat about the Fabs more so than look for part time work . How about checking out the Forum and tell us about your band and the Gigs you played that would go down well on here . As I said there is a few Musicians on here that would be interested . I hope you come on here and just enjoy the Forum and have a bit of banter with the wonderful people on here . See ya ! Kite . Mr .

Ha ha Mr M, I guess my boyish good looks belie my age, which I attribute to a balanced diet and Oil of Olay....oh yeah and drinking my own urine!!!
Welcome to the forum Si (Ringo), as the wonderful Mr Kite mentioned I don't think there are many other Beatle tribute artists who frequent the site but there are plenty of musicians here to compensate for that fact. Hopefully somebody will pop up and fill your roadie position (what a great job to do!) if I'd been 4 years younger I might've considered it, good luck mate!

Hitler use to drink his own urine......and poo. 'Waste not want not' I believe the saying goes. I believe 'Bowie' used to keep his urine in the fridge so Wizards couldn't use it against him.
