Phil (Animal) Taylor 21st September 1954 - 12 November 2015. Ah, Motörhead. Such a shame that he's died.

R I P Scott Weiland.(10-27-1967 - 12-03-2015) An inevitable early demise but a sad one. With the Stone Temple Pilots he was a brilliant singer. Songs like Plush, Creep, Crackerman and Interstate Love Song showed what a great singer he was when singing in a lower register. Totally unique. I much preferred his vocals in Stone Temple Pilots than with Velvet Revolver when he started to sing like a typical rock singer.

Yes, Dimebag Darrell was killed on this date, which actually makes it slightly creepier. Both he a John were killed – with guns – on October 8.

Wow. Just so sad and you forget that they were just kids at the time and 35 years has passed when you were listening to the records they made.

Really sad news that David Bowie has diedHe was, of course, very influential, both for his music and his image. I met him in a work context during his "Ziggy Stardust" days, and it was clear that he was going to be massive. RIP

I am in shock. A true icon. Imagery ahead of the video age. Music ahead of electronica going mainstream Plastic Soul Plastic Jazz and his last LP being amazing as well.
So Major Tom is floating for all eternity in Space.
RIP Mr Bowie.
