As this is a NEW board on the Forum I would like to open it up with this video of the Early Fab Four. Any questions or topics you may have about the early years of The Beatles beginning with the Quarrymen you may post here. Hope you will enjoy the show....

Totally unofficial (but then there isn't much that is officiated by Apple!) this is an excellent documentary. The quality of the interviewees is tremendous. Anything that involves Tony Bramwell practically gives the stamp of approval in my view. Allan Williams is always very entertaining - although not entirely reliable as a historian. The real interesting slant in this documentary are 1974 interviews with Lennon. Not often seen and sees him in a rare nostalgic mood for Beatle times. Good post Rocky.

Klaus Voorman's site on the early days of the Beatles in Hamburg. Klaus is a very talented artist and did the cover for the Beatles Revolver lp. He's also a great bass player and played with John in the Plastic Ono Band Live in Toronto. *btw special mention going to Forum member pothos for finding and sharing this excellent website. www.voormann.com/portfolio/hamburg_days#top

Klaus comes across as such a genuinely nice and down to earth guy, especially for one who has seen and done the things that he has, oh and of course he's immensely talented too! "ALL YOU NEED IS KLAUS"
