Hi everyone! I'm desperate to find the source of this photo of Paul McCartney. I would like to know who the photographer is and/or where it has been published in an official document! Thanks so much for any help on this matter!

Hello paulstables and Welcome to the Forum. Looks like it's an early photo, 1964? (So we can have a place to start.) Anything else you know about it?

If you are referring to that new book by Ringo 'Photograph' from what I understand he took all the pics himself with his little camera. Maybe it was an outtake from the book.

Yep I have that book and it's in there. I don't know why I didn't check there first. Sorry paulstables. it's on Page 114 with the caption "Do you like making movies?' Paul: 'It's not a bad way to get through an afternoon.'

Robert Freeman is one of the best who photographed the Beatles on a semi regular basis.
Even the most casual Beatlefan will own at least 5 of his images.
