Hello, I've been searching all over the internet for information for my Sgt. Pepper marble blue vinyl such as the year of its release and the country it was released in but I can't find anything. I'm just wondering if anyone can help me?

Hello Rosieeo. Welcome to the forum.
Tell us what label it is. Parlophone or Capitol. And it should say country of manufacture on the record label.
1978 was the year that EMI/Parlophone/Capitol went on a coloured vinyl spree. Sgt Pepper got it along with the Red (1962-1966) and Blue (1967-1970) albums, The White album, The "Love Songs" compilation and I believe the first run of the "Rock and Roll" compilation. There were likely others too, just to keep that catalogue shifting units.
As far as value goes (I know you didn't ask) the appropriate answer these days is how much one wants to pay for it. Look around on line, like ebay, and see what they go for.
That's a bit of an answer to your query.
Cheers
Incidentally, in addition to the regular commercial run of specific colours, you may come across one off strange colours or combinations of colours for a wide variety of Beatles records because a number of test/experiments were pressed to see what colours worked and just to present different ideas.
