For those with access to Sky Arts there is a night of Beatle programmes. I strongly recommend Becoming The Beatles at 12.40 am UK time.

Have you watched Becoming The Beatles yet Sheepdogbullfrog?
I know there is no original music but the sheer quality of the interviewees is quite staggering!

There are a lot documentaries about The Beatles and most of them are really dull. What I like about this one is that every guest was directly involved with The Beatles. The bits with Lennon interviewed are also pretty rare and he was in a particularly nostalgic mood as when referring to Beatles songs as classics that would last for years he mentions two Paul songs; Hey Jude and Eleanor Rigby. He did not mention any of his. I thought that was really revealing.
