Hi Paulonthehill and welcome to the forum.
Ringo was pretty much friendly with all three of them. He had no grudges with them and no competition as such in terms of songwriting, fighting for space on albums etc. Clearly he was more friendly with John and George following the split as they asked him to play on their albums and Ringo hung out with John a lot during the 'lost weekend'.
The relationship between John and George is the one I find most interesting. Towards the end of The Beatles John would actively avoid any sessions were they would be working on a George song. He clearly still had this older brother mentality with George, still seeing him as not his equal as he did when he first joined the Quarrymen. Yet when John cut the Imagine album he asks George to play on a lot of the songs on the album. John was also upset that George didn't mention him much in his book I Me Mine.
George had a lot of resentment against Paul. Some of it justifiable some of it not. I always say that Paul was wrongly put in a bad light over the 'George not playing lead guitar on Hey Jude' incident. The writer of the song should always have the final say in what should be played on their song. If the writer feels someones contribution to their song isn't right then they should say so. And to be honest what George had in mind did sound a bit naff.
I've always found it odd why the Hey Jude incident got so much attention when McCartney had muscled his way in on George's guitar role many times before. I don't think their relationship was ever reconciled despite what Paul says about this just prior to Georges death.
You could write an entire set of novels on John and Paul's relationship.
