Is the song speed increased? I mean, maybe mccartney recorded his voice at a lower tone and much slower, and then he speed it up to increase the tone. what do you think?

I can't see this is the case. McCartney has no problems singing in this range anyway. There is nothing to suggest, to me, it's speeded up. What makes you think he has recorded the song in this way?
This, along with Maybe I'm Amazed and 1985, is one of my favourite McCartney tracks.

This, along with Maybe I'm Amazed and 1985, is one of my favourite McCartney tracks. Because you can tell that tere's something that's not natural about the voice. I reduced the speed 6% and it sounds more natural. The song is then one tone and a half down originally (when you reduce speed the tone reduces too.) I am a singer and a follower of McCartney's singing. And you can clearly appreciate the speed increasement at minute 3:00, the scream "baby don't LET me down" proves it more clearly. I'm not saying that McCartney can't hit the notes, I can too. But the way it's sang shows the speed increasement.

The scream at the end I would suggest disproves your theory. This sounds completely natural.
McCartney was always changing the sound of his voice particuarly his rock voice. With a song like Why Don't We Do It In The Road he sings belt out completely open mouthed and open throated (not an easy thing to do!). With Tomorrow he applies a restrained rock voice singing from the back of his throat giving a falsetto effect at times.
McCartney could master numerous styles of singing and quirky voices and did so with The Beatles and with his solo work/Wings. I just feel this is another example of McCartney reaching for another voice in a restrained rock styling that he seemed to love doing.
But hey, that's just my opinion. Let's discuss further...........

I still support my opinion.... That voice play in "Baby don't LET me down" at the end is clearly speeded up. I emulated McCartney for a number of songs in my first bands and then on I've paid attention to his singing. His Abilities and restraints, clearly more abilities than restraints and come out with a clear idea of his voice. I've also recorded a lot of tracks with my band and familiarized with recording methods. As McCartney applied this method before with songs like "When I'm 64", there is no reason why he wouldn't do this in "Tomorrow". So, I bet my bottom dollar that the song is speeded up.

If you did bet your last dollar you would be a very poor man indeed!
There is absolutely nothing to suggest it's speeded up. You clearly hear him going into falsetto throughout the song. Also his voice is wavering as he goes in and out of falsetto (not a bad thing - it adds to the song and sentiment of the lyrics).
The 'Baby Don't LET me down' bit he clearly just lets go and screams it out, something which he has been holding back with all through the song. It almost sounds he has gone totally into the red on the mixing desk and the LET is distorted.
He is singing a lot in this style on the album and on and off for the last few years (before then). May Be I'm Amazed definitely has elements of this vocal styling and lots of others.
BTW when I talk about restraints I mean in a good sense not meaning limitation. e.g. Lady Madonna is a good example of this.
Incidently I have just read on Youtube that he wants to re-record this song according to an interview in a dutch magazine.

I have always had the same thought on She`s My Baby off Wings at the speed of sound . I guess Macca just went the natural way he sang the song and left it at that . Tomorrow is a great song from a great album
