I'm going to see one of my favourite bands of all-time tonight - Squeeze! Chris Difford and Glen Tilbrook have reformed the band and are playing Hammersmith Apollo. Can't wait!!!

Oo, I'd love to be there. Squeeze has always been one of my favourite bands from the late 70's. They were not very well known over here. Cool For Cats did pretty well, but that was about it. Paul Carrack is pretty well known since one of Hollands most populair singers really praised him. But I bet this reunion is without him.

I did see Squeeze with Paul Carrack some years back actually, but I don't think he is with them tonight. I have a spare ticket too!

I'm waiting on my cousin to give me a yes or no at the moment - so it'll probably be too late to ask by then :-(

It sounds like Paul Carrack is in the band, but not Jools, or Gilson Lavis. I saw Glen Tilbrook solo a few years ago in a pub in Greenwich! Bloody brilliant he was. Have fun.

Squeeze is one of my favorite Bands too! I've only got their greatest hits, but it's one of my favorite albums, I mean CDs.

I really like Is That Love, it doesn't sound anything like an eighties track. Great stuff.

Thanks for posting these clips MR and The End! I love Squeeze, though I only have their greatest hits, I think their songwriting and playing is a LOT like the Beatles I especially can't wait to see the clip of their playing "Is That Love' - one of my favorite!

'Pulling Mussels (From The Shell)' is one of my favorite songs ever.

I bought that when it first came out - it's on red vinyl!
Their single prior to "Mussels" is in my top ten favourite songs of all time - "Another Nail In My Heart". I bought that when it first came out too, and that one is on transparent vinyl.
