Hi, I picked these reel to reel tapes up in a box full of tapes which I bought at a local Boot sale, the others look mainly like blank tapes but there were some other groups and bands in the box, these ones were obviously very interesting so I bought them, I am not a Beatles expert at all but have googled them and read up a bit about the recording sessions, the man I purchased them from was a house clearance type seller who told that he got them from an elderly man who had gone into a nursing home and he was a big collector of pop memorabilia and owned a recording studio( he also had other beatles bits and pieces as well as other stuff), I do buy and sell vinyl as a sideline but I know nothing about reel to reel tapes and can't test them, do you think it is worth me purchasing a reel to reel player or do you think they are trash, I am in the Surrey area, if anybody has a reel to reel player and would like to test them out with me that would be great, thanks in advance. (I can send more pics but I see I am limited to 3 files)

Hi srg010304 and Welcome to The Forum. What you have is probably bootleg tapes probably made by the owner from another source, such as an LP, cassette tape, etc.
