^I played briefly on one the other day in the local musicshop. I must say that it was pretty hard, it didn't play nicely at all.

Last things I bought were Abbey Road and Please Please Me. After resisting the urge to pick up the Beatles Monopoly game I saw. I mean, who would I play it with? And I want the music first...but...it's Beatles Monopoly...and it wants me to buy it.

Just received Revolution In The Head. So far, so good.
It seems to have been out of print for a while. I looked at Amazon in vain hope, and they had one. Next day it was out of stock again. Lucky me!

It's their music with nothing new, only their 'proper' stuff remixed in a kind and respectful way. So what is their proper stuff then as opposed to the stuff on 'LOVE'?

Last Beatle item I bought was the Love DVD - I saw the show in Vegas last year and it was amazing! A great new edition to The Beatle legacy, in my opinion.

It's definitely on my must do list next time I'm ever in Vegas (which is unfortunely not likely). The soundtrack was actually one of the first things I bought (though I didn't realize what it was at the time...thought it was a compilation or something). Still thought it was brilliant though, and I love it more now that I actually know what I'm listening to. I love trying to pick out what's been put together.

I was finally able to license Mersey Beat images for a range of merchandise including replica issues, art prints and T shirts. Although a copy of Issue 13 sold at auction over a year ago for twenty five thousand dollars, the copies are now available for a few pounds on www.merseybeat.co.uk together with issues such as No. 1 with John Lennon's original piece on the Beatles origin.

Are these compete replicas of the original publications?
I have your book "Mersey Beat: The Beginnings Of The Beatles" which features some of the pages, which is fascinating reading, with short stories and adverts from John! I couldn't put this book down when I got it as wee lad!

Yesterday I bought this really huge book called The Beatles Images Of An Iconic Band and today I found a DVD of The Beatles Cartoons, and a John Lennon Pin Badge.

Hi guys , Just Received " Stuart Sutcliffe a retrospective ", from the Victoria gallery In Liverpool . A great glossy publication containing a ( as to be expected !! ) lot of Stuarts inspired art work . The exhibition is still open to the public up until the end of January . A Must see , as these exhibits will no doubt end up in private collections !!
