Hi, everyone. I'm new in this forum. Hope I can find lot of info about Beatles, and learn from you. I have a Twitter account about Beatles, I use to write everyday what they did 50 years ago. Is it allowed to write Twitter links here?

Hello maxpower . Welcome to the Forum . You can do anything you want on here as long it`s not for profit or abuse or anything to do with T.V. Reality shows (that last one is my rule ) You can put Twit er links on . But they will be no good to me as I dont have an account or even Farcebook . I`m guessing your a young `un and maybe spend most of the time on your phone . Have ever done a day without your phone ? Do you like to know what it`s like back in the day when you had to go round your mates house to borrow the latest Video Nastie that always buffered when you got to the horror bits . Do you put L.O.L. after every twit . ? Do you think I should have an account of Twit er ? Who`s your Fav Beatle ? Do you think I`m getting to many late nights ? When was the last time you listened to an album all the way through ? Do you think I ask to many questions ?. I`m sorry I just crave some banter as it`s quiet on here at the moment . Not your fault , I know . Should I join an Social Network ? No , forget the last question . anyway enjoy the Forum !

Hello, Mr Kite.
Too many questions... I'll try to answer all of them.
My Twitter account has nothing to do with profit... I'm just a Beatle fan, and I found it could be interesting to write whatever they did 50 years, but as it was wrote by them. So I'm learning a lot while I look out for info about each day, and I can practise my English skills at the same time.
I feel I'm still young, but I'm 37, and don't spend most of my time on my phone. Even more, I HATE MY PHONE!!! I wish I could go back 20 years ago and live without phone... and younger ;-)
I don't use LOL, I prefer "ha, ha". If you should use Twitter? Sure, you find a lot of info there, about Beatles or about any other interest you may have. I don't have a favourite Beatle. I think all of them were just humans, with good and bad things, just like any other human. I love them, I listen to their music everyday, but can't find a favorite one. I think John wasn't as bad as he pretended to be, Paul wasn't (and is not) the good boy he pretends to be, and George wasn't the mistical person he pretended to be as well. All of them had their good and bad things, as I said before. Finally, I think Ringo didn't pretend to be anything rather than just himself. Last time I heard an album all the way through was this last Friday, I listened to 'With The Beatles' at least three times, as it was the 50th birthday of its release.
Thank you for your welcome.
