Hi Guys/girls Looking for help with some pics my mum was given in 1964 by a friend, who also offered her the purple hearts, I guess he was after my mums loving, our family are from merseyside (liverpool) when my mum took them a expert in Cavern Walks in Liverpool and was told they were prints from negatives, they are stamped on back with Albert Marrion name and studio address. I have found the same online, but can not find any with the wording 'The Beatles 1962' written on drum kit, this looks to me as a designer like it has been done after the pic, but not on the picture itself.. Ive attached just iPhone pics of the 2 photos she has. Any advice about these images would be great to know

Yeah that pic with the logo on the drumkit is a fake. Just think about it, who would put a date on their drumskin? lol

Yes its fake, but it must have been done on the original negative, maybe even by Albert himself to sell the images, hence why the pics are dated 62, when they were becoming famous. but I guess this makes them very rare? here are some better quality scans
