It's Roxy Musics Country Life. Assuming I am correct (I have an eye for this sort of thing!!) So, in other words you're keeping abreast of the......oh forget it. BTW, your clue is King Crimson - IslandsAssuming I'M correct, here's an obscure one by some one not too obscure. Hopefully this isn't against the rules but this is a 4 track EP, and not a Long Player. But it WAS available as a 12'' record.

Mr A.Lee: HOW do you know that one? It's one of my favorite covers actually. Just so silly. BTW it's Wobble, Keith Levene, Don Letts and 'Steel Leg' who's identity is a mystery if there even is a 'Steel Leg'. It's not Lydon either. Answer: Zappa: Weasels Ripped My Flesh. Even by Zappa standards, that's a difficult listen in some parts. Also one of my favorite album covers. OK. Here's mine.

Hello Mr Amadeus. I have to admit defeat on this one although it's vaguely familiar. I was thinking along the lines of Joni Mitchell or Tom Waits but I know it isn't! Do you have a clue?

Wow! I can't believe you got Steel Leg and not this one.
Clue: A 1967 album that received the 'expanded edition' treatment a few years ago.

Well, knock me down with a feather! The finest soul singer (apart from Otis Redding) and THE most consummate and accomplished showman ever to live. Take me to the bridge indeed! I struggled with this one and wouldn't have got it without the clue. Even then, I struggled for a while. The answer: James Brown - 'Live At The Garden'. By the way Mr A, you asked how I managed to get Steel Leg v Electric Dread. I knew the guy on the front (not literally) but I recognized his photograph and again, it took me a long while to figure out it was Jah Wobble and then I managed to think of the album. Anyway, my offering - and this is open to everyone. Here it is.

I'm glad I came up with one that needed research.
And the Steel Leg one. I did figure that if anyone recognised Jah Wobble and Keith Levene from the photo, they'd be able to find out what it was. What it sounds like is a completely different story. Well done Art,
Now yours........

A-HA!!! ELP - Tarkus An album I actually don't have. I do have Brain Salad and Works I and a couple of NICE albums. For me, the big selling point is Greg Lake. Lovely voice. Not a huge Keith fan. Here's mine:

This is yours : Although not a big fan of The Cocteau Twins, they have done some 'interesting' stuff. I'll throw another one up soon. Is it just us in this game Amadeus?!!
