I can't see it on my computer( a common problem i have but i'm not technical enough to know what to do) However i've recently subscribed to a Ukrainian lady's youtube and facebook as she keeps delighting me in posting rare Beatles pictures .https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q0ggNCwct2I she's just posted some more from Thank Your Lucky Stars. Now, I am subject to correction, but off the top of my head, I remember Paul being clean-shaven on the Abbey Road cover and bearded on the rooftop. And John was clean-shaven on the rooftop. So I would think the picture was from the Abbey Road part of 1969.
I could be wrong.

You see them on the cover of Abbey Rd. he had the beard. (The cover was taken Aug. 1969.)

Well the rooftop concert was in Jan.'69 so it has to be after that. And before Aug. 1969 because of the Abbey Rd. cover. (if the pic was from 1969.) The sessions for Abbey Rd. began in April '69 which I was basing my theory on figuring they would have taken a promo pic for that. Another interesting story of the Red-Blue LP covers.... www.feelnumb.com/2009/08/10/the-beatles-red-blue-album-photo-location/
