Thanks Rocky.
I have made another discovery in the last few days. There is a very irritating high pitched whining sound that commences at 2:24 of U Wont See Me-- it is on the 01 & the 09. I discovered this by turning off my fridge, which has a tendency to create a very similar disturbance at times-- the sound remains. I guess I'll do another fade out copy. At least it can be saved at that duration.
I also faded out Go Now-- the stereo version from the 76 tour--- at about 2:24. BTW-- that is the definitive version as the orig is a poor quality mono. I faded it out because the first 2:24 is remains surprisingly true to the orig but it gets weird after that.

I to have Unique Remasters that have been transferred to CD. I am sending a copy of them to Paul and Ringo c/o Liverpool, Other Side Of The Ocean. I am sure to net me Millions of pounds (pounds is what they call Liverpool money because Liverpool money is made out of heavy lead that weighs a lot). The rare Beatle recordings in question are a series of Ringo throwing a huge fat smelly dump in 1964 just before rejoining the Beatles on their Australian tour south of Liverpool. I have lovingly restored the recordings to a full stereo balance, delicately converted them to 96ktps Mp3 format then taken them to my friend Tony's place 4 houses down from mine, who's (get this) got a pet 2 yr old dalmatian's named Harrison just like George's last name, to be transfered to CD quality. I'll be rich and I'll see guys in the funny papers. Long live John Paul George Ringo and Tony's dog Harrison.

Hey Wise Guy-- this all began when I noticed Something. The project was for my own benefit but it came off so well that I want others to hear. Again-- in most cases, one will not be able to listen to the now existing versions once the RR's are heard. I am still waiting for someone to claim they cannot hear the defects I have pointed out. BTW-- I only altered the Bal on one project--- Martha during Fr Horn solo.
As far as $, the project was alot of work and very frustrating at times--- to get it as good as poss. This has been described above. I am convinced that once the RR's are heard they will be very much appreciated and it if someone wanted to show there appreciation for the innovation & effort I would not object.
What does it cost to burn a very few copies?---- not very much at all. Thanks for your pessimism as it has motivated moi to actually get this project moving. I will post when the copies are sent to EMI. Ciao

Greetings to all. My absence form the Forum as of late is because I am working on a new version of the Roscoe Remasters. Fortunately I never carried out my threat to send copies of the old version to EMI. It turns out that I made the old version with substandard cables, without my amp being properly grounded and w/o Dolby.
The new version is almost complete and will be a vast improvement over vol 1.
I have upgraded my cables to the Monster 400i--- WOW. All should take care to have your music systems properly grounded-- it really helps. More later.

I have not yet transferred the new RR's to disc but the project on tape is finished as of 2 days ago. The following changes have been made from the 1st vol
USSR--- i altered the input bal during the entire track as the side of the G solo is way to prominent. The bal knob was given a little more during the G solo itself as it really cuts. Only vol modulations were employed in RRv1
Help-- in addition to fading out the track before John's voice fails at the end, there is a bass overload about 30 secs before that. It has been eliminated with a vol modulation at that point.
Martha-- A much better job has been done. An additional vol modulation has been added after the French horn solo, which like vol 1 received a bal modulation.
Beach Boys--- Do It Again. Since I can find no studio stereo version of this classic, I have used the 1968 Live In London version but have faded it out b4 the song strays from the orig at about 1:35.
The line up for vol II of the RR's is as follows
Something Help Let It Be I Saw Her Standing There Rascals--- Groovin Mr Mustard/ Poly Pam U Wont See Me I Me Mine Baby Its U Back In USSR Searchers--- Love Potion # 9 In My Life Savoy Truffle Money Martha Beach Boys--- Do It Again Long Long Long
I will post another update when the CD's have been procured.

Before I remade Something, I compared the '87 & '09 versions. The bridge is a big mess on both versions. The '09 was used for the RRII as also the White Album tracks. The only tracks where the '87 was used are Let It Be, U Wont See Me & In My Life.

Long Long Long has been added to the RR's. I have faded out the creepy end. This is a great track that I had almost forgotten about.

The only problem I have with The Beatles recordings is that short moment of distortion during "Chains". I happen to like The Beatles' recordings the way they are...as they say "warts and all". I find it amusing that Roscoe thinks his tampering with The Beatles' catalog will cause all other Beatles recordings obsolete. Especially since he has the audacity to fade "Long Long Long" early to get rid of the so-called creepy ending.

I think I heard the distortion on Chains from a prev version and it has been cleaned up on the 09. I hate to ruin it for people but if u listen close to Chains, u can clearly hear someone spit. Such a shame as it is a great track. George's voice was so deep, rich & resonant in the early days. He is actually my fav Beatle vocalist. Of course J & P's voices together have a unique sound.....
Sorry
Now for the big news.
I am finally in possession of RR's v2 transferred to a master CD and some that I believe have been burned form that.
I will post when these have been sent to the persons originally cited at the beginning & any other significant development.
Re: Long Long--- I haven 't remastered any engineering flubs on this one. I have only faded it out as I did with Do It Again. Any additional tracks that were faded out also need other work.
Some of u guys crack me up. I can promise u this--- once u hear the RR's. u'll never be able to listen to any other version.

The distortion during "Chains" was not corrected for the '09 stereo remasters. I'll have another listen to the '09 mono remaster to see if it's there as well. I seriously doubt I will ever have the RR's.

I'm pretty sure there's a cough and a "fucking hell" just before one of the "please believe me when I tell you" parts though! All the little "mistakes" just add to my enjoyment!
