Im sorry Amadeus but I don`t want to listen to that (80`s again !) Hot Poop! Mr. Kite. I wasn't addressing you. By the way, it's 1977. Punk rock might be the bovine's bollocks but I sure enjoy me some of that. All together now: " there is no future, and England's dreaming" The Marx Brothers are brilliant. Abbott and Costello are brilliant too, for slapstick and verbal 'to and fro'.

1977 ! Ultarvox ! Well I`ll go to the foot of our stairs ! I am so embarrassed . I just have this dread of all things 80`s when it comes to music and haircuts I just assumed that Ultravox were a 80`s band But still I wont click the play button . Sorry . I`m just an old stick in the mud . I have watched Groucho again so it has`nt been a wasted trip . Bon Voyage ! Still hav`nt the stomach to listen to Marillion yet . 80`s I really don`t like the 80`s Is it me or is Meg lookin a bit sexy on my Avatar ? What`s Hot Poop ? That last line is like one of those hidden tracks they started to put on C.Ds in the early 90`s like Nevermind and Alanis

OK. Here we go: Ultravox had their "hits" in the '80s. So you wouldn't like that stuff, but their first album (1977) is quite different. It's almost a combo of punk/prog. They had a violin player. I'd encourage you to give this tune a shot over the previous one: Here's a classic from Abbott and Costello. Yes! Meg has a certain something about her. The advent of the CD age brings me to this complaint: EVERYBODY had to do the secret track thing after Nirvana did it. Of course The Beatles were the first (as usual) with the secret run out groove on Sgt Pepper and the secret track on Abbey Road that wasn't listed on the sleeve. And did you notice that with the release from the 40 minute time constraint of vinyl, that there was at least 15 years of frustratingly long winded bloody albums because the CD would hold 80 mins? A bleedin' double album is supposed to be like a special occasion. Who really wanted a 75 minute single bloody album. It ain't special anymore if just any half wit band can put out a double album length CD with digital impunity. I think things are a bit more sensible these days. Bands have learned that 40 minutes is a good album length. Hot Poop? A polite expletive. Where's it from?

So You've had yer POET installed then? So sorry. Been a bit farther under the weather than usual these days and it seems to take a little longer to come back up. So my mind is just drawing blanks right now. One day I'll wake up and go on a spamming/blanket posting spree. Then you'll be sorry you ever missed me. The cat is the funniest thing I've ever seen, even more funnier than the time a guy I used to work with ran over his own foot with a palate truck and blood came out of his shoe. Oh how most of us laughed. Where did you find that? I must dash as I prefer kipping on my back. Ever yours; President Dwight Eisenfront (Mrs.)

I was just kidding about the Kate Bush thing, Of course she's never going to become famous with that kind of music! So let me tell you what happend: Mrs A had been agitating for a change in living accommodations for some time now but in the same building. So I was sitting at home one day dodging meteors when she announced that we were moving. Into a bigger place, farther away from the elevator (The Lift), a nicer layout all for the same low low price of 1 month's rent per apt. So our view has subsequently changed from this: To this:(soundtrack; RUSH - Jacob's Ladder) We have a railroad in our livingroom: Not many people do. Let me tell you, it doesn't matter how much bigger your new place is, there is still not enough room for all your stuff from the smaller place. So I was packing boxes when I had to do a few Jason Bourne moves on a gang of National Front choir members in my front foyer after the light infantry attack at the end of the yard. Then we got a big guard dog to chase the wolverines away. In the mean time, I'm just getting over a cold, (it broke my heart). And,,, oh bloody hell,,,I'm still tired. Anyhow, the weather broke and it's getting quite nice now. I'll be back.

I saw dead people once. I caught the experience on camera. Here's me in a cemetery in Edinburger (That's north of the wall from you, about harf from here as the crow barks), in Sept 1988. I set the camera on a stone, set the timer, ran out in front and looked moody and 'click', instant art! And you like snow? Have you been getting more that usual lately? We hardly got any where we are this year. Here's a snowy scene from my younger years. The Kitty/Dolphin (2nd most intelligent species on earth, after the mice) video was lovely. Mrs. A wanted to thank you as well. I'm gonna drink my brown ale now.

Come on now Karma This may well be a multi purpose thread , but it is not for Spamming . If you had a Karma I would have took a Karma off you for that last post . As you have already posted that last post somewhere else . So come on Karma Prove me wrong and post something that has`nt got advertising involed . Y`know like My fav Beatle album ... Song .. Bootleg ? Solo ... You get the idea . And while I`m here . Im not in a happy place . That team that I can not mention on the other side of my city (?!) No not Stockport ! Have more or less ( well more ) Won the league It hasn`t happened for 44 years , but I`m still gutted . I just hope next season we have a decent midfield and Wayne Rooney turns up for the odd game now and then. As for the European cup , I am well and truly a Bayen Munich fan as were Liverpool in 99 You get the idea Karma ? Then again . I guess you wont ever read this post as you may well never , ever click on this thread ever again . Which upsets me , as this may well be the best thread on this site as it`s the place that you can post amost anything without the worry of any backlash from anyone (?) . Almost . Thats it I`m done . Blackpool . I spent all my childhood holidays there . Happy times there . (well some ) The putting green at Gyn Square with my old Dad Ken Dodd at the pier , Blackpool rock . Now it`s just a Stag/Hen place full of drunks and Spammers ! Sorry if I offended anyone , but hey , I am drunk which is a good excuse as any . Ask most of Blackpool on a Saturday night .

Are you talking about Man C? Too bad. Our beloved Maple Leafs hockey club hasn't won a Stanley Cup since spring '67. So the world isn't going to end in 2012 because I'm certain that the Leafs winning the cup is one of the signs of impending doom. And it didn't happen again this year. In fact, it's now the 7th year in a row that they haven't even made the playoffs! Hope your recovery from the fermented vegetable juices goes smoothly. Meanwhile, here's another cute animal video to lift the spirits. (Get it? spirits? drunk? aww never bloody mind) and I DON'T LIKE SPAM! shhh dear, I'll have your spam, I love it. I'm having spam, spam ,spam, spam, spam, spam, spam, spam, spam, baked beans and spam. Baked Beans are off! Well can I have spam instead? You mean spam, spam, spam, spam.......
