Well, glad we are not strange enough to not share your thoughts. All the best to you!

Strangers! Not Strange! I didn't mean to be insulting! I mean we are all pretty much strangers. I wouldn't know any of you if I bumped into you on the street. But then, I'm not good at recognizing faces much.

I didn't take it as an insult anyway!

Hey Sondra! Hope all goes well, I'm sure it will And please feel free to offload whenever you like - we may be strangers but we're the best kind AL Offload. Never heard that one. Unload, but not offload. I guess I've just learned a new British expression! Do you use it when you say something like: could you offload the groceries? I'm just interchanging it with unload but don't know if you all would do that. I'm done with the ramble now. Just curious.

Offload has more to do with feelings than groceries I think - so we would still unload the car, but "offload" on someone if we share our troubles with them.

I just figured cuz we use unload for both that maybe that's how you guys used offload. Cuz we unload our problems and our car. But not always at the same time.

You are SO lucky to be able to do both at the same time. We would have to unload the car and offload our problems later!!

Hope all goes well Sondra!
About the strangers, as Shakespeares' Orlando said: I do hope we'll be better strangers.

Yeah - he does look like Tim in that pic! He is also the spitting image of Cameron Fry (Alan Ruck) in Ferris Bueller's Day Off!

Hi there Beatle people This is a photograph of my brother with Jay (from Instant Karma) in the back room of The Cavern at this year's Beatleweek. Jay was almost dead on his feet after a gruelling set where it was so hot, you were almost melting! He was literally soaked to the skin. I have some more images of this years festival which I'll post in the appropriate place on this forum.

I was there too! Yeah, Instant Karma, and especially Jay, certainly put on a show! I saw them a few times this year and at every gig Jay was drenched head to toe in sweat!

^That's usually a sign of bad physical condition and/or alcohol abuse. Or it was just bloody hot in there.
