Not just the first beatles you ever heard... the first one you ever really liked. Mine was certainly Come Together.

"I Want to Hold Your Hand."
It was also, indeed, the first Beatle song I ever heard. This was when they were first getting famous in the US. They were good; you couldn't help but like them from the outset. I did hear parts of "She Loves You" a month before, on the CBS Evening News reported by Walter Cronkite, but he only played the "Yeah, yeah, yeah" part.
I was around when all this happened.

Definitely Help!, that reminds me when I was 13th, I was studing english, and our teacher left us a homework:" I'll give you a list with different kinds of songs, you must pick one, and have to sing it in the next class", Thanks God for helping me choose Help!

Maxwell's Silver Hammer (cringe!) - but I'm proud that my Dad exposed me to Abbey Road before any other Beatles album.

"I Want To Hold Your Hand" was the gateway drug for me...back in '64 when I was just two. Still hopelessly (and happily) addicted to this day.

think its got to be "i want to hold your hand" maybe because it brings back memories of me playing with my hornby train set when i was 10 and my brother was playing it on his dansette at the time

I Want to Hold Your Hand. I think it was the first Beatles song I ever heard, too. I was in third grade and our class was doing an "around the world" play, and when we "visited" England we "met" the Beatles...4 8 year old boys dressed in blazers air playing music room guitars to a recording of Hold Your Hand. All the parents thought it was a riot (this was 1989) and I was immediately hooked on the song!

I think it was probably 'Love Me Do'. I remember singing along to it at a party when I was about 7. I liked it for its simplicity and for Johns Harmonica and also found it easier to tap along to with my dads drumsticks.

As a kid, Paperback Writer. A friend had the 45.
As a college student, when I really discovered them after studiously ignoring them for years, was either It's All Too Much or Tomorrow Never Knows. I remember both songs overturned my negative perceptions, I just don't remember which one I heard first.
