So, which song would be the right one to play, or (Bobber) to sing?
I get the feeling Paul feels that "Yesterday" is his crowning glory I can't help but notice he continues to put out new songs with that same chord change that defined Yesterday (Major, dropped 1/2 step to the minor) , what I think he calls the "Wow" chord. I've also read some stuff that makes me think he would like to be remembered most for that song.
For me though, I'll play and sing (scream) his early rocker songs - Long Tall Sally, Clarabella, I'm Down, Kansas City, Ooh My Soul, Lucille, and the like. To me that is the essence of Paul - straight I-IV-V rock, no embellishment, just beat the audience over the head with pure energy.

When he dies - hope he gets very old, about 120 or so - when I am still alive, I will cry, that's for sure. He is one of the finest songwriters ever, and I love his clear voice, I love everthing about him. He wrote such splendid songs. Maybe I will play "Only Love remains", one of my all-time favourite Macca songs!
Fiendish Thingy: Thanks Bobber. I'm good thanks. Quiet on here for the last few months. I see Al has gone all 'Facebook' and is attracting new members. No bad thing. Are you going to the annual Beatleweek in Liverpool this year? Not long now 10 weeks or so. See you there?
