I think BTTE may have been my first McCartney disappointment (apart from Wildlife!). I played it once and resigned it to my LP rack forever! The Lyrics of Old Siam Sir used to make me cringe! Hopefully the DVD version will be of a better qulity than your pre-war copy! LOL

It was the album that made me decide to stop buying Beatle solo stuff. (though the others had helped the rot set in)

I remember that video now! It was from a TV show that Paul did - as I recall, there were loads of music videos all linked together in a half-hour special. I audio-taped it from the TV!! The show was rather spoiled, in my opinion, by "canned" audience cheers throughout though - you can hear it on that clip Bobber posted. Thankfully there was no tap-dancing this time!

I admit Paul made some mistakes in his carreer. Certainly with shows like this. He's not an actor imo, he should stick to what he's best at.
