I have a few Beatle Cover Mojo`s , I dunno about No 1 though . This months has a few Beatle related bits in it . What Yoko and Ringo were doing at 20 . Beatle at the BBC , news and a review , and Macca new album reviwed And Mark Lewishohn book review . What yoko and Ringo were doing at 20? A rumour started no doubt by that nosy bugger at number 22!!!

I had a nice dream about Kate Bush a couple of weeks ago which confused me as I hadn't had any thoughts about her in my waking hours to instigate such a scene, I took it nevertheless and mused at my good fortune for a while until a couple of days later when it all went south when I dreamt I was house hunting with Tony Bennett!?...or was it Tony Benn??? I always get those 2 mixed up!

Don't you just hate it when artistes revisit their old material? I can't think of one example where a re-recording bettered the original, can you? One after 909? Let It Be version is much better than the Unreleased 1963 version! Sorry had to put it out there! P.S. I like Bush

It's not so much a remake as a realisation of how the song should have gone. How far are we going to take this? Child of Nature, Step Inside Love, take 1 of No Reply?

As far as One After 909, I prefer the The Let It Be version, but do find the 1963 version quite interesting because of the '63 sound. Imagine this would have been the known version if it was released, and the 1970 would have been a good chuckle.
It's like Badfingers version of Come & Get It, since I heard it first before I heard Paul's Original take. I think I will always prefer Badfingers version, as I guess it sounds better produced or something.
Sorry Mr.Kite for hijacking this thread!
