Blast From The Past is the first compilation from Ringo, back in the 70's, that's a great album, that I had in my collection a long time ago. I believe he was trying to recapture the magic of BFTP in the first place, with his recent greatest hits compilation, especially with the album cover itself. The first one will always be the best since it defines those days when he was at the top of his game as a solo artist before the slump & before the comeback in the nineties.

Yeah, I had it too back in the dark ages of vinyl. But most of the best tracks (I think six altogether) are also on the CD version of Ringo, which includes the 1971 single "It Don't Come Easy"/ "Early 1970." That for me is the definitive one-album Ringo.
