Yeah Fleet Foxes are good I do not deny . I think that there is a hell of a lot of great Indie , Folk bands around at the moment . There is The National ,Two Galliants , Mumford and Sons etc etc and of course there is Wolf People who are in my must see list . But that album of the goats just hit the spot for me when I first heard it . Thats music , I just never get bored of it ...Ever .
Hmmm I'm undecided on Fleet Foxes - I don't know what it is about them but to me their music sometimes comes across as a little pretentious. Maybe it's because there is a Gregorian chant feel to their stuff.
I've been listening to Camera Obscura a lot recently - has anyone heard "Careless Love"? This has got to be one of the most gorgeously orchestrated songs I have heard in YEARS! I can't stop playing it.
Also listening to The Submarines a lot too - again, a criminally over-looked band!
