Long Lost Harrison Lyric Turned Into Song
« Thread Started on Oct 10, 2009, 5:47pm »

Dear All

After asking an admin (because you have both a YouTube forum and one on George), it was suggested I posted it here.

My friend Dean Johnson from Birkenhead was given the opportunity to finish a lost George Harrison lyric which will feature in Hunter Davies' upcoming updated version of his Beatles biography. It was broadcast on BBC Radio Merseyside on Saturday 3 October 2009. The song is called Silence Is Its Own Reply and the first verse is George's. The chorus and 2nd verse are all Dean's.

Feel free to provide feedback and also share if you wish - we'd like to get the word out there!

Thanks for posting that Serena, interesting to hear it in a song. Shame we have no idea of how George envisaged the music.
